Please be aware of the following arrangements: Departures and Routes - Kindly view your route of choice's arrival and departure times by downloading our route infographics on our website. Foods/Snacks - The wine safari includes a wine tasting at each stop. No foods or meals are included. Guests can purchase snacks on their own account at the wine estates. Weather - All guests are advised to monitor the weather of their booked tour date. Our vehicles have roll down screens to protect against winds and rains. Check in procedure - All guests must check in at the ticket office situated at Simonsvlei at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Upon arrival, present your route of choice and name to our office manager. We advise all guests to strictly adhere to the rules and regulations. This includes the following: - Being seated at all times whilst the vehicle is moving. - To always fasten your safety belt. - To keep your body (head, hands, feet etc.) inside the vehicle at all times. - To exit the vehicle only when your tour guide has opened the door for you. The tour guides along with Wines of Paarl reserves the right to remove any person(s) who do(es) not adhere to the rules and regulations stipulated above. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us well in advance at info@winesofpaarl.com. This is to ensure a smooth and problem-free booking process for all involved. If you cancel 48+ hours before a scheduled trip you will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or less prior to departure are non-refundable.
